What’s the latest I can place an order on the site?
Please place any final orders by Wednesday 24th November.
Do I need to spend my reward points, if so when by?
You have until the 31 October 2021 to use any points. Simply log into your account, browse the great range of products and services still available. And when you’re ready to make a purchase, you’ll be prompted to use your reward points.
I’ve got store credit to spend on the site, when do I have to use this by? And what happens if there’s nothing I want to purchase by the time you close?
You’ve got until the 31 October 2021 to spend your store credit, if you don’t get a chance to use it, we’ll automatically email you with a e-gift equivalent for love2shop by the 15 November. You can use this to purchase an online gift card at a range of shops including M&S, John Lewis, Currys and Argos.
I recently bought/was given an ActivePlus gift card, can I still use it?
Yes, gift cards are valid until the end of October. Don’t worry if you don’t get a chance to use it by then, we’ll automatically email you a e-gift equivalent for love2shop by the 15 November. You can use this to purchase an online gift card at a range of shops including M&S, John Lewis, Currys and Argos. If you have a gift card and haven’t received an email from us, we might not have your details so get in touch: customer.services@myactiveplus.com
As an AXA Health member, I’ve purchased a 12-month discounted PureGym membership, is this still valid?
Yes, PureGym memberships will continue to be valid for the full 12 months from when they started.
Will the discounted PureGym membership still be available for AXA Health members after the site closes?
It will be available to purchase on the site until the 15 October 2021. We’re working on a new gym offer for members with more details coming soon.
