What are the delivery options?

Once we receive your order we do our best to get it out to you as quickly as possible. Please see our delivery options below –

Heavy Item Delivery Free Delivery lead times are 10 working days and only applicable to bulky or heavy fitness equipment. You will be contacted to arrange delivery.
International - Sorry, we do not currently ship outside of the UK Mainland, Highlands and Islands

Your delivery is tracked and you will receive an email upon dispatch with a tracking number and link to see where your parcel is.

Please note, a signature may be required upon receipt. If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how to arrange collection.

What days are orders shipped on?
Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and delivery is subject to change and may be determined at the time of order dependent upon the products ordered.
What is the latest I can place an order for it to be processed the same day?
Our order cut off time is 12:00 noon. Orders placed after the cut off, or Saturday, Sunday, or a Bank Holiday will not be processed until the following working day. Additional charges may apply on Priority and Overnight delivery if multiple attempts are made for delivery.
I would like to return my item. How do I do that?

We are sorry that you’re unhappy with your order, please contact our Customer Service to tell them that you’d like a refund or replacement.

Our Returns Policy can be found here but we have put together a simple guide for you below.

  • Up to 30 days from date of receipt
    • If you simply change your mind, then we can offer you a refund if the product is unopened and the security seals intact. If the product has been opened but remain unused in a resalable condition, then we can offer you a store credit
    • If the product is faulty – we will refund or replace it
  • After 30 days from date of receipt
    • If you simply change your mind, then we can offer you store credit if the product is unopened and the security seals intact
    • If the product is faulty, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, we will either replace it or refund you
  • There are always exceptions
    • We can't accept the return of perishable products such as tablets, food stuffs, laboratory tests or cosmetics unless faulty
    • We accept the returns of bikes however you will have to pay for the return of these and the Collect+ service cannot be used due to the items' size. Any Bikes return must be unridden and in resalable condition.

When returning an electronic item, please include all packaging and accessories such as charging cables and docks. We recommend that all personal data is deleted from the device before returning it.

How many Collect+ parcel drop points are there?
Collect+ has over 5,800 stores throughout the UK and Northern Ireland. These could be your local Co-Op McColls, Budgens or Spar, as well as many independently owned convenience stores and newsagents and petrol stations. Unfortunately there are no collection points in the Channel Islands or at BFPO locations at the moment.
Where is my nearest Collect+ parcel drop point?
At present over 90% of the UK’s urban population lives within 1 mile of a Collect+ store and 89% of the UK’s rural population lives within 5 miles. To find your nearest store you can visit and enter either a postcode, town or city. The nearest stores will be displayed on either a map view (20 stores), or a list view (3 stores). In the map view clicking on a location will show the full address and opening hours; these details are automatically displayed in the "list view".
When are Collect+ parcel drop points open?
Nearly all Collect+ stores are open early ‘til late, 7 days a week. The opening times for your local store will be shown when you click the flag when you have searched for your local collection point on the Collect+ website.
How long will it take for a parcel to be returned to ActivePlus?
Your parcel will be collected from store the next working day (Monday to Friday) and returned to us within 5 working days.
Can I track my parcel?

The store will give you a receipt when they have scanned your parcel. This receipt contains a 7 digit tracking code. You can track your parcel back to us at

You can access the tracking at any time by going to our tracking page and entering your Collect+ tracking code. You can use the 7 character code from your receipt or 16 character barcode that was on your label such as ABC1DE2 or 8KH1234567890A030.
