Delivery & Returns


DPD offers a next working day delivery service fully tracked with SMS/email notifications throughout the transit process. You will have a range of redelivery options available including leave at a safe place, deliver to a neighbour, delivery to new address or change the delivery date. Please see DPD’s website for full T&Cs.


Royal Mail 48 Tracked (orders before 2pm)

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver your items in 2 to 3 working days and includes full online tracking, SMS/email recipient notifications and a SafePlace option if no one is home.


Sorry, we do not currently ship outside of the UK Mainland, Highlands and Islands. Excludes Channel Islands.

All our physical products are dispatched on Working Days; Monday to Friday before 2pm, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed outside of these times will be picked up the next Working Day. For example, orders placed on our shop on a Friday at 5pm will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Our order cut off time is 2pm. Orders placed after the cut off, or Saturday, Sunday, or a Bank Holiday will not be processed until the following working day.

We are sorry if you have any faults with your product. We can accept returns for up until one year after your order date. If you require a replacement, please contact Customer Service.

Products can be returned, at no cost, with Royal Mail Tracked Returns Service here. Please follow the online instructions to create your returns label.

When returning an electronic item, please include all packaging and accessories such as charging cables and docks. We recommend that all personal data is deleted from the device before returning it.

You will require the following information which must be added to allow us to process your return and once received, to process your replacement:

    Order Number
    Return Reference - Active Health Return
    Reason for return - Select your reason from the dropdown box

After completing the short form, please print out the label and attach it to the outside of your parcel. If you do not have access to a printer, you will be able to take a digital copy of the label to any post office building and they will be able to print this for you by scanning a QR code provided within the digital label.

Alternatively, you can arrange a doorstep collection by clicking on "Book My Collection" and following the instructions (please note that this is only available for customers who can print the return labels).

Please remember to keep your proof of posting receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your items.
