PureGym Offer Terms & Conditions

Up to 50% off an annual PureGym membership for AXA Health members and the dependants on their healthcare plan, and employees of AXA Health small business and large corporate clients.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure you understand them. By purchasing a PureGym membership on ActivePlus you will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

The “AXA PPP Group” for this purpose is AXA PPP healthcare Group Limited, its holding company and all subsidiaries of its holding company including (but not limited to) AXA PPP healthcare Limited, AXA ICAS Limited, AXA ICAS Occupational Health Services Limited, Health on Line Company UK Limited and AXA PPP healthcare Administration Services Limited.

No AXA PPP Group company will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the PureGym membership and/or use of the PureGym club(s) except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including fraud or for the death or personal injury caused by that AXA PPP Group company’s negligence).

Up to 50% off an annual PureGym membership

To receive up to 50% off a 12-month PureGym membership, visit ActivePlus to sign in or register using your AXA Health membership number or Company or Group number then add your chosen PureGym membership to your basket and the discounted membership price will be automatically applied.

This offer is available on the PureGym annual core membership option only. By using this offer you will not be able to upgrade your membership type during the term of your membership. With this offer you will not be able to add PureGym add-ons or bolt-ons to your membership. PureGym memberships purchased through ActivePlus can only be cancelled within the first 2 months from your purchase date. In the event of a health concern or condition stopping you from using the gym, you'll need to provide evidence of such to be considered for a pro-rata refund. Refunds are calculated as (Purchase Price ÷ 12) x Full Months Remaining.

The discount on a 12-month PureGym membership is only available to members who hold an AXA Health plan and their dependants, and employees of small business and large corporate clients of AXA Health. You must be over the age of 16 to redeem this offer.

For member with dependants, each member on your AXA Health plan will need to place the order using a separate email address.

The discounted price of a 12-month PureGym membership offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other PureGym membership discount or offer (whether such other discount or offer is available via an AXA Health, PureGym or any other third party).

This promotion can be used once per eligible plan member or once per employee of AXA Health. Each eligible member or client employee may only purchase one PureGym membership in any 12-month period. Once you have signed up to the discounted PureGym membership you will not be able to use the promotion again until your PureGym membership is up for renewal.

The terms and conditions of purchase of the PureGym membership, including the right to cancel, are contained on the ActivePlus terms and conditions.

AXA Health reserves the right to withdraw or alter this offer without prior notice at any time.

To allow AXA PPP Group companies to monitor use of this offer and to assist in improving their products, processes and services, PureGym will inform AXA PPP Group companies:

  • that you have activated your PureGym membership;
  • whether you are accessing your selected PureGym; and
  • if you have cancelled your PureGym membership.
